- Are you on a website that starts with https://secure.infosnap.com?
- Is your account information incorrect?
- Login to your InfoSnap account through your school’s website or by using the link emailed to you by your school. (Forgot your password? Review our Forgot Password article.)
- Once logged into your account you will see links at the top right of the page that say “Home” “My Account” “Save & Log Out”
- Click “My Account”
- Click “Change” next to the information you would like to change
- Click “Save”

- If you have forgotten your login information and have created an InfoSnap account in the past, please reach us via the online ticket system, chat (bottom corner of web browser), or by phone (reach us toll free at 866.752.6850 - Hours: M-F 8am-5pm CST with extended hours in July and August until 7pm CST).
